DR10 2D Adjustable Hinge The 2D hinges adjust vertically and horizontally with a Phillips head screwdriver.The two hinges in the system are the center “set hinge”, and the top & bottom guide hinges. The center hinge features vertical and horizontal adjustment. The top & bottom guide hinge is adjustable horizontally and is designed to float vertically. This design allows the door height to be adjusted by changing only the center hinge. The hinge components are individually packaged. Matching screws are available in several sizes.
· Phillips head screwdriver adjustment screws provide convenient adjustability. · Non-handed design. · Standard non-removable pin feature on all hinges for exterior applications. · 5mm vertical adjustment and 4mm horizontal adjustment. · Plastic bushings for better wear resistance. · Hinges exceed BHMA grade 3 testing. The test is conducted to 350,000 cycles. Copies of the test report are available upon request.
